Because we want to demonstrate our commitment to our users’ privacy, we disclose all of the information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with the it.

If you are not happy with your Atterdagkids purchase for any reason, we will gladly exchange it, replace it or issue a refund. Refunds will be given on NEW and UNUSED merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Send an email to sales@atterdagkids.com requesting an RMA number. In the request email, please include order ID, your name, email, phone and brief description of the reason for the return.

We suggest that you send your return via Priority Mail and request a delivery confirmation tracking number, or use another carrier, such as FedEx, who can track the shipment. This will ensure that you will receive confirmation when the package is delivered to us. You will also be given a means of tracking your package should it become lost in the mail. We are not responsible for any return items lost in shipping. Please understand that some sale and clearance items may not be eligible for returns, refunds or credit. Returns will usually be processed within two weeks and credits should post to your credit card account within two billing cycles.

AtterdagKids ONLINE DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PRODUCTS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED VIA THIS WEBSITE.

Merchandise that was purchased from a store or website other than www.AtterdagKids.com cannot be returned or exchanged through this site. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed.
