Orders of more than $75 US Dollars have free shipping in the United States via USPS or UPS Ground. 

The Courier
Shipping is provided by United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS), and FedEx.

Shipping Cost & Shipping Times
For shipments within the United States we use real time rates from the USPS, UPS and FedEx computers. Most orders under a pound will ship for around $6 through the USPS. Shipping time ranges from 3 -5 business days for standard Ground Delivery, depending on your location. We offer expedited shipping also at an extra cost. We can ship your order to virtually any address in the United States and U.S. Territories.

USPS Priority mail, USPS First Class, UPS and Fedex Ground services give expected delivery dates, but are only estimates and NOT guaranteed delivery dates. We do not provide refunds if these shipping services exceed their estimated arrival dates. All international shipping is not refundable. We will refund shipping cost of a guaranteed domestic service such as Fedex or UPS Second Day or Next Day if it arrives after its guaranteed estimate.

For International customers, we also offer real time rates for shipments to Canada and the EU and certain others countries. You can email us if you are not listed. Please be aware that the delivery charges you will pay to ship your order do not include any local duties and taxes. The recipient will be responsible for these charges which are usually collected at delivery. We can tell you what it will cost to ship your products, but taxes and import duties for your country are the buyer's responsibility. Some charges such as Goods and Services Tax (GST) or Value Added Tax (VAT) as well as customs duties may be applicable. These charges vary by country and the size of your order and are assessed by the governmental agency and almost impossible for us to know what the tax for every country will be since it varies significantly with locale.
Package Tracking
Most packages will have a tracking number that is available online and will be emailed to the customer.
Broken & Damaged Shipments
Even though we take extra care packaging orders, accidents happen. If you happen to receive a package with damaged items we will be happy to replace them for you. See our Returns & Exchanges page for more information on our Returns Policy.
